Training tip of
the month:
Preparation
Always allow yourself a few minutes to go over the course of fences, or the dressage test in your head.
Don't just know which fence comes next, or which movement, but imagine yourself riding the exact line you are going to take, or preparing for the next transition.
Ride in a positive way in your mind, imagining what you want the round or test to feel like. It will certainly help you feel more confident when you do go in to the ring.
Preparation is the key to a good competition
Poor preparation = Poor Performance.
